I hail from rural South Jersey outside of Philly. Somewhat of a delinquent growing up, I was made to work building community centers and renovating abandoned houses in the ghettos of Camden, NJ. It was there that I discovered my ingrained passion for public service and I've always been drawn to that sort of 'in the trenches' work environment. During college, I did tax analysis for Senator Frank Lautenberg, worked on political campaigns in Maryland and Northern Virginia and performed 'freelance' fundraising for the DNC in DC. After college, I spent a year working closely with healthcare and pharmaceutical liability trial attorneys and now I am with the NYC Economic Development Corporation team implementing the City's Strategic Development Plan for Coney Island. As WSA's Vice President of Operations, I am responsible for event budgeting, providing logistical support to student groups and carrying out the decisions of the WSA Board. I follow Maryland Basketball religiously, I cook often and my favorite pastimes include drinking and arguing, usually in that order (unless I'm with my family). I invite you to do both with me.
