Wagner Student Alliance For Africa (WSAFA)
Mission
The Wagner Student Alliance for Africa , WSAFA is an organization at New York University Wagner Graduate School of Public Service focusing on African affairs. WSAFA brings together students and faculty at NYU Wagner interested in addressing social-economic and political issues facing African communities both here in the U.S and on the continent. WSAFA aims to empower future leaders in public service to effectively utilize their academic, professional, and personal skills to impact Africa . Additionally, the organization seeks to showcase the diverse and rich cultures of Africa to our fellow students by organizing discussion series, cultural, social, and networking events.
