Capstone Feedback Session
The Academic Affairs Committee is holding a capstone feedback session for students who are graduating (e.g. finishing up their project) this term. The feedback session will be held in the Lafayette CR on Monday, April 28th from 5:00PM - 6:00PM in the Puck Building.

This feedback session will be attended by both David Schachter and Erica Foldy, who spearhead the Capstone Program.

At this feedback session, we will discuss:
1) What's working? What part of the capstone experience has been valuable professionally?

2) What's not working? Where has capstone experience not met student expectations?

3) Discuss specific program areas:
a) Structure and format of the class itself
b) Faculty involvement
c) Clients and projects
d) Preparation for capstone
e) Specific resources intended to support students

I encourage graduating students to come and provide their feedback. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at rv500@nyu.edu.

Academic Affairs Committee
The Academic Affairs Committee discusses programmatic and academic issues raised by the student body, communicates them with the Wagner administration, and collaboratively works towards solutions.

The committee is made up the WSA Program Representatives, Ombudsperson, and President. The committee works in collaboration with the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.

Thus far, this academic year we have discussed several issues:
- Adjunct Faculty
- Level of Challenge/Academic Rigor in courses
- Course Evaluations
- Frequency of Courses
- Course descriptions/Overlap between courses

As issues are raised by students, the committee can address them through this medium. So I encourage students to contact me at rv500@nyu.edu. Remember - your voice matters!
