Mission Statement
The Wagner Volunteer Corps (WVC) aims to create, promote and participate in volunteer opportunities by building connections to the community while enhancing experiential learning.

Through volunteerism, WVC hopes to:
| Promote and coordinate volunteerism | Increase students' involvement in the community |
| Connect Wagner to the community (both NYU and NYC) | Increase our commitment to direct public service |
| Build/foster relationships within and outside of Wagner | Give back to New York City community |
| Create educational/experiential learning opportunities | Promote active engagement |
| Create opportunities across student groups | Create career opportunities |

Wagner Community Service Grant
Each year, a generous donation of $1,000 is made available to support student initiated volunteer projects and programs that address urgent social or environ-mental issues. The grant(s) will be awarded in February for spring projects. Details and information on how to apply will be coming later in the semester.
